Buses make the connection Nantes - Fromentine (before Noirmoutier's bridge)
From Fromentine, ships carry passengers and cycles in 70 minutes. Fast speedboats, in the summer, in 40 minutes with light luggage.

The map was part of a magnificent  travel booklet with small watercolours showing the hidden corners of the island. It was also an appreciated gift. Unfortunatly it is not published any more!
